Case just arrived today. I am going to just do a 2 tier random since that would be easier and we can actually get this break going asap. Meaning top tier being the best teams and the second team being the 15 worst. Once this is completed I will send it to the mods for random and Then we can bust this finally. I am currently away from home at this time, so I will update you as soon as I am home tonight. Break Can be as early as tomorrow if we get this going now.

Thanks
Brandon

I'd say islanders, sabres and lightning should be in 2. Replaced with Canucks, kings and senators. What do others think?

not sure why u need a teir system anyway. it becomes fair in picking whatever team u want by going 1 to 15 and then 15 to 1. or are u thinking of randomly pairing teams with a spot? if so i agree with clarky in switching those teams around

Why don't you just go in the order of the league standing.

I'm ok with the teams switching tiers as mentioned above.

For the tier draft, if I get first pick, do I pick from Tier 1 first AND from tier 2 first ?

Thanks!

Also, i sent the shipping fee paypal the other day. Not sure if u had not the chance to update the post or had not received it.

Ok tiers are revised. This is how the tier system will work. The members list that is in the main post will be randomed with tier one first. Say clarky is #1 in the member list he will get the team that comes up number 1 in the random of tier 1. The same will be done for tier 2.

Thanks
Brandon

We have to go by who has the most value in the product per team.

Thanks

ok so we are basically randoming 1-15 twice correct? So no draft just random the list and match it up with the teams in order? Or random both? Also break asap

All sounds good to me let's do it! No vote on ASAP vs. Trade time

my only concern is that someone could get royally screwed and get both last place spots

Such is the nature of the random yes? In any given break there are only a handful of teams that are going to make money on the break. And they're not even always the "top tier" teams

It's breaking wax... Win some lose some.

I know there is an inherent risk, it's more of a fact that the potential is greatly diminished. You may get the first pick and not get much in value but then you may get a team with barely any cards and get literally nothing. It's kind of why people do snake drafts. However if everyone is ok with it then I'm not going to argue it, just mentioning it.

Haha hence my lack of a vote either way. Both ways kinda had their flaws. I wasn't particularly excited to make up my draft order cause I didn't open up any of this stuff. Looking forward to it now though!

Maybe if we get together more quickly for the next one we can draft it.

Hey guy's I think you are confusing this with a draft. The reason why we have 2 tiers is because everyone will get a top tier team meaning a good team. This is randomly generated. The second tier is to make sure everyone also gets a mediocre team. We are not drafting teams it is randomly picked the fairest way with assigning a top team and a mediocre team to each member.

I hope this cuts out the confusion.

IS EVEYONE OK WITH THIS STYLE BECAUSE IT IS THE FASTEST AND EASIEST WAY POSIBLE TO GET THIS BREAK DONE AND ALSO PRETTY FAIR.

Thanks
Brandon

I'm ok with the random then. Let it be known that I would have drafted the Panthers for my second spot if given the chance, so I'd be willing to trade my 2nd tier team for Fla if I get someone else. It's probably a losing proposal to even choose Fla but its my team
