Glad they sent him down. Didn't think he would make the team, but still feared they would his track record(of one good year) take lead over his performance. I'm ready for these games to count though!

Season tickets have arrived! Feels more and more like Opening Day is just around the corner. Anyone going?

On a side note if anybody's a Cavs fan I have some floor seats against the Nets that I would trade for cards

Sweet! Less than two weeks until Opening Day...that's a great feeling. Can't wait to be at the ballpark soon, even though it'll be in Columbus rather than Cleveland.

Twenty-five man roster has been set...Ezequiel Carrera and David Huff to be removed from the 40-man, and from the organization.

Kazmir will be the #5 starter, but Carrasco will start in Cleveland to serve his suspension. Giambi will start on the DL, which means Allen/Shaw/Hagadone will be with the team for about a week before being sent to Columbus.

I'll always have a soft spot for Zeke. I won tickets from Mark Shapiro for a game vs Cincinnati and drove up from cincy with my wife and 2 friends (big reds fans). That game he had his 1st major league hit which was a game winning drag bunt. Awesome moment!

Very disappointed they drop a youngster like Zeke for a 50 year old that should be at the local tire store sellin white walls. Tito has effed this move up imo.

A scary thought...

Drew Pomeranz and Matt McBride were both optioned to the Minors by the Rockies today. Alex White was traded to Houston.

At this point, a 18 months after the trade, the Indians may actually have gotten the better end of the trade for Ubaldo Jimenez.

I really am not thrilled about Giambi being on the roster. Before we signed him he had interviewed for the Rockies head coaching position, there is a reason for that...

I wish nothing but the best for Huff and Carrera. I liked both of them a lot as players and people. Nothing we can do about it now but I'm ready to play with who we have now.

As for the Ubaldo trade, that is crazy to think we really did get the better deal! I think he has a better than average year though. 15 wins but his k-rate will be down.

Interesting note on the prospect front, but Tony Wolters is being converted to catcher. Guess they realized he had no MLB shot with Cabrera, Kipnis, Lindor, Phelps, Paulino, etc. all succeeding in the organization.

I looked on Columbus' website but I can't tell if its up to date or not. I will need to get you some cards ASAP. I will go to Akron games but only catch the occasional major leaguer on rehab. I have been pretty successful with those though. If they are down they usually sign.

That's a rough roster...the Columbus one isn't great either, aside from Bauer and Dice-K. At least there's guys like Hermida, Capps, and Fedroff in Columbus, though. Could be worse. Have plans to get to three or so Clippers games and one Aeros game this month.

Hello fellow Tribe fans. I'm new to this site. Joined awhile back but never go started on here. Basically because ball cards took a backseat to college. Now that college is over, back to the ball cards.

Anyways, I loved Sabathia growing up. Was my favorite Indian. Now I collect everyone. Here are couple to share my Tribe love...

Sandy used to be my absolute favorite player when i was younger, thats a really nice auto to have. Dont see much of him anymore

Quite the first win...Masterson looked shaky to start off, but he got it together and looked really good the last three innings. Offense was solid off of a reigning Cy Young winner and the defense played really well. Impressive!

Man, it's fun to watch a lineup where 1-9 are all dangerous! I LOVE our outfield speed! Also, really like the way Lonnie and Santana looked today. I'm expecting big years from both of those guys.

Indians still on pace for 162-0! Great start...awesome job by the pitching thus far. Ubaldo seemed like he pitched really well.

On a side note, I have some pretty sweet signed stuff from the Clippers Meet the Team party tonight...managed to get just about the whole team!
