No seriously tho I just got my first neg on here and wanted to let you guys know why. I sold a Bryce Harper SSP from the new heritage set on here a coupe of weeks ago. Buyer gets package and then messages me and opens a paypal claim saying the card was not in the package. That the package appeared to have been cut open. The card was in a team bag with commons as protection and he got the commons but no harper. Now I know theres nothing I can do to prove that the card was in there so I know im gonna lose the claim no matter what. But of course I do whatever I can to try and find out what may have happened to the package. Guy also seems to think that because I know a guy that works at PO by name and we chat sometimes, that we are in cahoots together. But anyway, paypal sides with him ofcourse, expected that. But I figured as long as I stay in communication and do whatever I can I may avoid a neg... NOPE. Woke up this morning to a neg on my account. So after almost 3 years and NO negs. Now I have one for something that was completely beyond my control. Well I left one back and yeah im sure its retaliatory. But I still think he deserved it. Anyway you jackals can let me have it like I would you. I just figured Id let everyone know before I get a call out thread written about me by this other guy.

I agree. But basically I left retliatory negative. I was wrong to do so I know this I was pissed. Just figured Id start the thread and save the other guy from having to do so. Plus I havent had my head ripped off by an angry mob for some time and just really think i could use one. I dont think theres really any need for this thread either, but Ive neer gotten to post one before SO LAY OFF!!!!!!!!

If it was cut open, it could have been a case of the post office worker theft. This happened to me a few years ago. If you had insurance and the buyer took pics of the package, you should get your money back after you open an insurance claim through the post office.

I even thought about it but decided not to. Dumb dumb mistake.

Yes I do. Was seeing red and didnt really think about it until after it was done. Still think he deserves a neg for the way he handled everything. But I should not have negged him simply because he negged me. I wanted to neg him because I have suspicions he DID get the card. but I wasnt gonna neg him since I cant prove i and I would have gotten one in retaliation. but once he negged me... If he cant get it removed I will contact a mod myself and ask for it to be removed.

Who knows, I would say a security issue, an ethical one? Not sure but when you get multiple people involved on a transaction, all sorts of things could be happening. Fraud, theft, nothing at all. There's a huge grey area to be played with there that isn't worth the hassle.

I'm glad my mailman doesn't care or know about cards. He does know I receive cards all of the time from all of the pretty little bubble-mailers I love to get so often.

JamiMadrox talks a lot of game for someone who doesn't hold up his end of deals very well. Don't believe everything you read guys. Yet another deal that he screwed up, yet another negative. He'll not send you what you paid for and then claim that YOU'RE the scammer. Sounds pretty familiar, yeah? In my case, he sent me 6 grams of gold when I bought 11g. Then he claimed that I was trying to scam him, saying that there's no way that it was only 6g (even though I have pictures and receipts from the jeweler's scale to prove it, whereas he admitted he never even weighed it). Don't waste your time with this guy.
