Buyer Beware for redman5422. NEED HELP!

I purchased a 40 dollar lot from redman5422 on June 18th, he told me that he would ship the cards out the next day. On Friday June 21st, I asked if he had shipped them out yet, he responded by saying no but he was packaging them up at that time. And that he would send them first class. 6 days later no package and he hasn't been responding or giving me updates. He has 100% feedback except for a couple of neutrals for similar transactions as this one. Should I give him the benefit of the doubt or should I go through pp to get money back now? I get if hes busy but all I ask for is a little communication telling me if hes at least shipped them out or maybe a tracking number. Just stay away from buying anything from him until hes makes this deal right. Thanks guys!

file your paypal claim (hopefully you paid goods) and contact the Mods to get them in the loop. Sounds like a history of this type of thing and it's BS that you have to jump through hoops for almost 10 days. 10 days normally wouldn't cause alarms to go off, but like I mentioned sounds like there is a history of this.

OP ... he was slow to ship a lot that I bought from him a few weeks ago. I was nice about it, and the cards came eventually, but it took about 2 weeks. He communicated throughout, but he also did say "will be shipped tomorrow" about 5-6 times.

This thread should get his attention.

I was about to make a thread about him. I bought something as well 9 days ago and never heard back. He said he would ship the next day... Anyway, hopefully he has shipped it out already or he will soon.

Yeah I always pay goods after I got screwed by rams#1fan a few months back. I think I'm just gonna file my claim and leave negative feedback cause this lack of communication Is a joke.

I some people here expect sellers to drop everything and ship immediately but it's only been a week. I am well aware of issues this same guy had in the past but I would wait a little bit to see if the communication picks up

I don't need immediate shipping, but I would just like a little communication. Leaving somebody hanging for days isn't right.

sorry guys, it been a crappy couple of weeks! I may be late, but I deliver or make it right! I mailed out a couple cards that people weren't supposed to get and I have no clue who I shipped them to. so now you all have to wait until he goes to the PO to get postage instead of some paypal multi-shipping printing. My last day off was 6/10 and I have shipped out about 20-30 packges since then all in 24 hours of getting payment.

Listen guys, I UNDERSTAND your frustration and I AM SORRY! If you have pm'd me I have been in contact with you, I am here. I AM NOT HIDING. I AM NOT AVOIDING. Your cards will arrive and I am sorry they are late. No excuses and I inderstand that some of you if not all have been ripped off before and in no way shape or form am I trying to rip you guys off.
