Who's excited for 2013 Ginter?

All of this news and excitement from the National has made me forget that Ginter is being released on Wednesday!

Who else is pumped for it? Looks like a strong checklist.

Very excited, have three cases coming, and can't wait to see it! Other than Topps Chrome it's my favorite product of the year.

We should start seeing retail hit Monday too.

But honestly you guys, how can you all afford to spend over thousands of dollars on cases???

I mean I'm only getting a box and it feels like a huge purchase.

Yeah I think it's worse than opening day.

Your thread states "whose excited" which is clearly an opinion thread. I was adding my opinion. All the relics are 1-3 dollar relics and the cards are ugly IMO. Just not something id ever buy

AG is one of the most collected sets every year. It's very easy to sell off all the insert sets and singles at a decent price. Granted it's your opinion, it's just not a very informed one.

Last year I bought way too many boxes of Ginter for my own good, this year I plan on keeping my Ginter pickups limited to a rack pack and some singles.
I am looking forward to some box break videos though.

I'm a fan of the variety this set gives that other sets don't.

Eh, I love it. I'm not trying to break and recoup some of the cost, so maybe that's why. They are always great for IP autographs and the non-baseball subjects are always fun to send TTM!

This is a product best bought by the case and this is a much better product than Gypsy Queen or many of the other products by really any standard including the fact that it sells better.

I am very excited. I have so many freaking cases coming I am actually going to need to sell some off just so I don't have tons sitting around. This is going to be an awesome product to stick in my children's hospital packs though!!!

Yeah^. I just am not a fan of busting a baseball product and getting circus performers or historical landmarks or whatever they give you

If I'm busting baseball I want baseball. They seem to have the almost exact same design every year especially with the relics and autos.

That's why I'm going with a case this year. Ginter can be awful when you break loose boxes.

I like the minis, hate the fact that I always pull nothing but crap relics. I also despise the non-sports, and most of the non-baseball. I stopped buying hobby boxes and last year just bought a bunch of retail the day it showed up. I made enough back to make it worth it, kept the cards I liked, and had some fun. I'll probably do it again this year, though my local stores have not been getting new products as early, which may affect how much I decide to buy.
