Firehands
Boomo
Pffudd
Layton
Live case breaks
Bigtimehits
Etc.....

Also I read that upper deck looking to recruit certified breakers.

The only people I will break with! They are some of the nicest group breakers I have ever met. When you go into the room they say Hey (insert username here) unlike others who if you say Hey (insert breaker here) will go hi, and thats it...

ultimateboxbreaks.com I recently just went through them and did some National Treasures Football. Great Prices and nice people. Ill say top 3 is:
