No wax in marketplace?

I didn't know where to ask this question so I just posted it here. Does anyone know why the rules for the marketplace say no wax trading (sealed packs or boxes)?

It's because Blowout sells wax and having people sell it on their forum might cause them to lose business.

I guess that makes sense. Honestly I'm looking to trade boxes rather than sell them. Any idea where I can do that?
