Sure; but the original issue was you didn't have the funds to cover it. By all means, if you work something out with Paul, it never has to go to a case.

Bc then he knows he is getting it. This thread proves that you aren't the most truthful person so what happens if he returns it and you don't wanna just give him the money back. Also getting a refund is direct while you paying him the refund will result in fees.

im not truthful because i didn't know that dimples are drastic flaws? i would say that i was just ignorant of the fact, not not being truthful.

He needs to file a claim so you can't screw him over. Sorry, but that's why.

If he doesn't file a claim and he just sends you the card back, who's to say you'll refund him?

You have x amount of days to respond once the case gets opened. At which time the buyer can escalate the case. Some cases get closed in a few days (where pp will automatically pull funds), some take longer for pp to decide on. My advice: don't string this out. Paul is a good dude, and you've already drug him through enough crap (undeserved at that). My advice would be for you to act on this quickly and attempt to save as much face as possible (of it is at this point).

im just going to buy the next big thing like a bryant or abreu and if the card doesn't go up in value im going to return it. it's such easy money. And i guess noone cares.
