You said "Fully functioning" but it has a passcode...so your idea of functioning is it turns on, period. You know nothing beyond that except what your daughter MAY have told you but more likely what you assumed.

NOW, lets extrapolate some other potential fact.

Funny thing is, half of you guys I have had multiple deals with. You guys know I'm a good trader/person! I'm pissed off about the situation! And I got peeps coming at me saying I hope u lose the case and negative feedback. That's just a dick thing to say!

How does the buyer have your money?> If he has opened a case then Ebay/Paypal has your money unless you refunded. Just respond return for full refund.

I wouldn't worry about it too much because he won't get his refund until he returns the phone and then you can turn around and sell it someone else. However I'm a little confused about why your money is on hold. Why don't you still have it? Whenever someone wants to make a return I don't refund them until I have received the item. Now I'm a little curious.

Once a case is opened Ebay puts a hold on the money.
