Mine kinda counts… I PC Daniel Thomas and he was cut and re-signed with the phins! at least he didn't change uniforms but I think a backup DB took his #33

I don't get it. I would have been ecstatic as the Eagles to have had him. Then he goes out and totals more preseason yards than ANY running back for the last 23 years in preseason for the Eagles, and they cut him.

He holds the 2nd slot ALL TIME for yards/carry in college his FRESHMAN YEAR over 8.1, gets injured, then turns around and averages almost 7 yards a carry his JUNIOR year. I don't get it.

It's Chip Kelly! He's custom built for that small back screen offense.

I think he made a big mistake declaring early. I think one full season (his Senior) racking up 1.7k -2k yards and he would have gone 1st or 2nd round.

Marvin McNutt - I think I read he's on the Redskins roster, but I don't think he'll ever be a superstar in the league. He was a lot of fun to watch at Iowa, though, so I still pick up his Hawkeye stuff when I see it.

Same with Abdul Hodge - he's retired, but I was still buying up his stuff when he was trying to stick with Green Bay and Carolina. Too bad he couldn't stay healthy, because I loved watching him play.

I still collect Johnathan Franklin stuff. Not my main PC, but if I find something that I really like and is a good price, I'll jump on it

Over 100 cards of his (including 28 autos). He had a bright future before his neck injury, and I can honestly say that I actually got to see his one and only game in person (was at the Cincinnati game last year)!

Forgot about him too. He was good on the Alouettes and was a better option than Sanu on the Bengals.

There are some guys who I'm curious as to why they never got a shot. Sheets got a shot but Cornish never did. Fantuz got a shot but it never seemed like a real one. None of the quarterbacks in the league now have a prayer of making it in the league but there are a few others I can see coming over soon.

Matt Simms. Jets best QB during the preseason the last two years. Beat out Taj Boyd for a practice squad position. Boyd was a mid-round draft choice that was supposed to replace him (haha!). And limited rookie card production.
