If he thinks Adams is a good play for cost, then why not use the money and play Julio instead. Julio was embarrassed last week and will make a statement Sunday. Also Baltimore will score on that horrible ATL D, meaning Matt Ryan will need to throw as well.

I don't like Tate this week. I know NO's "D" isn't the strongest but without Calvin around to open things up for Tate, i think he will have another blah week. I like Larry Fitz for $100 more than Tate with Palmer back in the fold or Rueben Randle with Cruz sidelined for the season.

Yeah, although I do not know a lot about CFB, I have been relatively successful. I typically target 3-4 games that I think will be high scoring and do research on those players to help shrink the field

Harvin gets a big fat zero. Pretty crazy since his price of minimum I would guess would affect a lot of teams

I get where your coming from, but against the Saints I expect someone will have to catch passes to keep pace and with no Megatron Tate will continue to get his targets. I am loaded with Tate myself I think 100 Plus and TD this week

Agreed, have to like Tate at his price, no Calvin/Ebron and no Byrd for Saints makes it a good matchup

Very good points, but I just have a gut feeling with Tate

Also, I think Bush might be coming back this week.

Would you guys go with 2 high end receivers or 2 high end Rb's? Seems like receivers can get more points but more likely to have bad games.. Thoughts?

RB's seem like a safer bet. Preferably ones that can catch imo.

How many points do you think that lineup can score?

Buffalo, Forsett, and possibly Reed are going to be heavily owned. In the 65k Thursday contest (7500ish entries) their percentages were 21.1%, 30.3%, and 14.3%. Around 20-30% were spent Patriots/Jets players from those categories. In the larger Sunday contests they will probably be 30%+ and Forsett could be near 50%.

William Stanbeck- middle priced RB who put up 19FP against BYU 2 weeks ago..Tulane is no BYU

Chris Moore- has averaged 2x his price the past 2 weeks after exploding for 40FP against Oh St...SMU is terrible

Tony Lippett- stud WR against bad IU defense

Corey Coleman- cheapest WR option to target in 80 O/U game

Austin Appleby- close to min priced QB you can find...$5.3k means he needs just 13FP for value, or 250 1TD..anything more than that is a steal for value

TJ Yeldon- hes had a down year..but $7.1k against a pathetic AM run defense? sign me up

Royce Freeman- put up 2 TD and 24FP last week against UCLA; UCLA isnt that great this year..but Cal is nowhere near UCLA either..high O/U as well

Kevin White- expensive stud..but highest O/U of the day...TCU dropped 40 on Baylor last week, so if Trickett is actually on his game like he was 2nd Half last week, lookout

Nelson Agholar- averaging 18FP past 2 weeks at just $7k, thats almost 3x value itself..throw in matchup with Colorado

Danny Anthrop- cheap and favorite target of Appleby..17FP average over past 2 games for near min salary

DK Early-

JT Barrett- middle priced dual threat; Rutgers isnt scaring anyone
Gunner Kiel- no brainer play here...1200 yards and 12 TD past 4 games..add in his mid level price against a terrible SMU defense and only worry is game getting out of hand early

Going to be honest, I am not a huge fan. Ellington is a nice pickup. WR's are a crapshoot with two rookies. And Miller is going up against a team that can get off to a fast start and curb the run. Also Chicago has played the run pretty well this year, especially when Ratliff is playing.

The thing with the survivor tourney is I only have to beat 40% of the people this week to advance, so I'm not shooting for a ridiculous high score, just a score that's good enough. I agree about Miller being a question mark, I might wind up switching to Tate

Tate makes a lot more sense. Or grab McKinnon and a high value WR (Julio)

McKinnon is going to be a bust this week. Sub 8 points. That Buffalo defense has stopped every RB after Forte in week 1, and I don't see McKinnon being the one to break the streak.
