My Holy Grail Card (Championship Ticket) gets away! Uggh! Help look up private buyer?

So anyway, long story short, got sniped on the Darren Sproles Contenders Championship Ticket. I'm pretty much disgusted and this feeling sucks losing a card like this for the one guy I really collect. I couldn't really spend any more on it than what I bid though.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I know who the buyer is and if that's the case, I'll never get another shot at this one. Anyway, if anyone knows how to find out who the high bidder is since it's a private account, please let me know.

Oh man that sucks! I would have and have contacted the seller just to let him know if the first one backs out that you would buy it for the same amount. It's worked a few times, doesn't hurt to ask.

It's who you think it is, can't remember the guys name, but he buys all the Supers, Champs, NT Shields, etc. and they never are seen again, ever

Anyone know the guys name is, trying to remember it, but it escapes me. I'm pretty much crushed at this point. I thought without the title saying Championship I might have a chance.

I'm not too much. I'm not sure it will be appreciated at all, which kind of blows. No one really competes with someone with that deep of pockets. I'm just trying to make sure that if it is that person who I'm thinking of, it will never pop up again. Which is their right, they have deeper pockets than I do.

Multiple buying accounts? I couldn't remember the exact lettering of the buyer, so this may have been it as well.
I though it could have been someone else that I know Collects Sproles as well, however, I checked and it's not the same account, either way, same result I'm afraid.
Anyway, I'm going for a beer instead of buying a football card.

All Ive gathered is that there is a millionaire mystery buyer who pays whatever is needed to get all kinds of high end cards off the market to use as coasters so he can laugh at all the peasants who truly wants these cards. A return for a lifetime of bullying by card collectors can be my only guess.

kinda how i was imagining it, like this guy just buys up every1s dream cards and throws them in a paper shredder laughing.

Yes the guy collects Superfractors in Baseball and Championship Tickets in Football, I think Logo Men and other 1/1 in Basketball. I wasnt trying to come off bashing him if thats how you took it, was just curious why everyone was certain that this card was gone. Never heard about him before, so I wasnt sure it was because he collects all high end as his unique pc or what. I got my answer as well tho

No, I edited, sorry, wasn't really trying to come off that way. There are some super bad comments that get posted on people in this forum and usually for no reason. I also didn't want to derail my thread into such a session as it's not deserved.

He does, more than almost any other buyer out there. You have to spend big if you want to outbid.
But I think the point was that player collectors may appreciate a specific player more than one guy have most of the championship tickets and can't appreciate one card over the next. one in the set.
