In reality Bosa, Marshall, Wilson, and Smith are missing the opening game for weed and academics (they haven't said who was what yet)

Not the end of the world. It's really only losing Bosa and a little bit of Marshall as Wilson and Smith are easily replaceable for 1 game or the entire year for that matter.

Figured I'd post so the Buckeye haters could come out and have some fun this afternoon.

And yes I spelled suspends wrong. Deal with it.

It'd be one of the greatest upsets in college history if you do pull it off. I don't know the exact numbers, someone smarter then me should research, but it's not often a team gets 62 out 64 1st Place votes to start a season based on how biased so many voters are.

Hopefully it's a fun game. I have no doubt it will be.

BUT Ohio State does have an easy reg season schedule year after year....

They'd never survive the SEC west without 2-3 losses a year. Its about week in & week out and playing BAMA LSU & FLA 3 games in a row isn't comparable to playing Michigan Minnesota & Rutgers. Its really a JOKE. The conference power as a whole are totally opposite.

SEC adds Texas A&M & Missouri

Big 10 adds Rutgers & Maryland

Not even comparable but hey I pull for Ohio State because my wife is a buckeye

Saying that what they did last year in the playoffs was AMAZING. However if they played in the SEC west they would've had 4 losses before the champ game. The BIG 10 champ is when they went in overdrive and wouldn't be denied. I'm just so happy they whipped those BAMA Gumps....lol

Meyer will have them there every year....hes so good. He's better than Saban IMO

Urban during the press conference was fantastic today. He might as well have not said anything except "Have you seen our recruiting classes?" instead of answering questions and basically implying it.

Bosa is the only loss and it's a one game loss.

Maybe it will make the game shorter. They'll just pound Zeke for 200 yards and keep that clock moving. Might save me 20 minutes.

I didn't read anything on why they got the suspensions, but c'mon it's college. I can think of all the stupid crap I did at that age while I was in the Army. I know people say they have to think about being a bigger person because they have the spotlight on them, but at what point do you stop enjoying life and everything has to be so serious.

Like I said I don't know what they did so take this with a grain of salt.

I always love hearing the "Ohio state would never survive the SEC" posts. Not only did we beat the BEST sec team with a QB who had started 1 other game, how about he fact that when the SEC added Missouri and A&M they both came in and dominated. Didn't they go to the sec championship a few times? The sec can add decent teams and let them win, Ohio State wouldn't have a problem. Ohio state has 3 of the top 5 QBs in the country; the top RB, the top DE, the top Head coach and currently two of the best recruiting classes over the next 2 years. Bring on the "daunting" sec.

Don't get me wrong I still think they will put a team into the title game from time to time just not 8 years in a row
