I remember when seau passed, gwynn, pesky, gary carter, etc. ebay gets flooded and prices go nuts especially the first day or so. I think most people don't post here to sell just because things like this thread happen. OP hasn't helped himself though either.

Not sure if "respect" has a place anymore with our "hobby" just as everyone says on other sale threads, ebay, comc: It's his card and he can do what he wants.

I bet if he tried to sell this card say 3 months ago for $50 and it never sold and the thread died (no pun intended here), then someone would have bumped last week it asking if the card was still available for $50 even less.

I feel like I just white knighted and I have to take a bath from getting dirty doing that.

Yes.I was so bummed I stopped collecting and didn't even post here for awhile.
