I understand that those type things happened, but how can you confirm that the hairs included in the cards are actually from the person listed on the card?

What type of provenance and/or authenticity do these companies provide? Some of these people died hundreds (plural) of years ago. ]These pieces of hair would have had to be handed down over multiple generations, and nobody was keeping records of these type of "family heirlooms". The only place that might do something like that would be a museum, and they aren't just handing out hairs for companies to put in a card.

Back in the day, when you died, at your funeral they gave out lockets of hair. before people collected autographs, they collected hair. Back of card gives the prov. i'll use prov in short because if I spell the full word wrong, I'll hear about it. Any president hair is easily real. All saved at White House barber. Again hairs were collected like paintings etc. Its really just 1 main guy whom ones tons of hairs and sells a strand or two to Topps etc. Over the last 2 years, the presidents hairs have flooded the market. Best hair cards are Charles Dickens and Edgar Allen Poe. Poe, not many hairs exist. Listen, to add humor to this, as I collected and researched, they did the Ewoks and Chewy. 7 Ewoks and Chewy. Star Wars costume cards. I also found in 2012ish, they did 4 wrestling girls hair. Also 2006 Upper Deck did Mickey mantle. This year there is a 1/1 Babe Ruth, it was on an auction site going off Sept 17th. Weeks before, it was over 12k for the card. Upper Deck did a few horses in 2009 and 2011. Last year HA did 2 horses. Allen & Ginter stopped doing them after 2014. Ginter did more true 1/1's.

Yep real Ewok and Chewy hair. its a small piece from one of the costumes from the 1st Star Wars.. Think that movie is about from 1976 the 1st one. The Chewy hair card usually sells for $250-400ish.

And yet you have to announce them. You’d think such a popular card would be posted all over a forum dedicated to cards. But nope. Still only very few creepy bananas trying hard to make it seem like they are right. And they are not. Thanks for being one of the only people drawing attention to this again and how still no one cares about creepy hair cards from who knows who and with zero authentication.

No he can not and even worse the main source of these “dna” cards has been busted selling fake crap. Since the person here pimping these creepy cards knows so much, isn’t it weird how he accidentally keeps forgetting to mention the persons name these are sourced from? There’s a reason. He don’t want you googling them.

Hey but don’t let that interfere with the creepy dude telling you they have to be legit and can’t be wrong… because ya know at Kurt cobains funeral and Michael Jackson’s they gave out hair to everyone in attendance… and this ONE dude has them all, and passes them off to the card manufacturers Sick stories bro

Paninis new idea for next year NFL will be game worn jock straps.

One per case, set name “Deez Nuts” to replace downtowns

I was unware that there was a product like this out there. Has a ghoulish aspect to it that is unnerving. That being said, collect what makes you happy I guess.

I actually posted all my dna cards on an IG page. Front and back pics of the cards. All the details are on the cards. Appreciate your response, even though it was off. Historic Autographs makes the cards and just came out with new ones... So you're basically saying.. they just make the cards for me... What an honor. IG @chctradingcards

They'll talk junk but for almost 2 decades now the cards been coming out. People bought cases trying to get 1/1s for years. I just enjoy trying to find them. Allen & Ginter made them for 8 years. They did 20 different subjects which made up 67 dna hair cards. Of the 20 subjects, I rounded up 8. Then Upper Deck did some and Historic Autographs does them. Last year a few Babe Ruth ones popped up and sold for huge funds. Like 17k i believe.. But nobody has any interest.. I just have mad mention, so other are aware of them because somebody might appreciate them, if they knew about them. Many can be seen on the

MY FAVORITE THREAD!!!!!

Would a one of a kind relic from a long dead legend of history have a total of 36 bids coming from the 8 billion people living in the world if NO ONE else had interest? You're owned suckers!

How many hairs are you up to?

Enough to wear on your head? An eyebrow?

You should take a picture with all your hairs lined up.
