Yeah, Good Hair's quietly having a great year.

He's adjusted well to the rule changes, while most perimeter shooters have not.

I don't think he'll ever return to his ~30ppg average because the team operates well when he's in that 25ppg pocket, but if he's shooting more efficiently everything gucci. If he can ever get that 3pt percentage up to 40%+, watch out.

They shot 61% in the 1st quarter (13-21).....and 37% (21-59) for the rest of the game....

Teams often have short hot streaks of 10-15 minutes against the Warriors in the first half, but then the Warriors turn up a D a notch and teams cool off.

No team has shot over 50% against the Warriors this year, which is why they're the #1 defense in the league.

Hawks are so deep and young too with Reddish, Gallinari, Hunter on the bench, they are too scary when they are healthy. They proved themselves with deep playoff run last season, I don't thin it is only an one year wonder.

Give it 50 games so everybody can play everybody and then we can see where Cleveland is at.
November 14th response to the Cavs being able to sustain.

10 days ago Cavs were 9-5.
10 days ago Hawks were 4-9.

That would do it. Never heard of him asking fans to be kicked out on the spot like that before so figure it had to be something quite personal.

Injuries (Markkanen, Allen, Mobley) played a big role in that shift tbh

Playing the Nets twice, the Warriors, and the Suns didn’t help either.

Magic
Mavs
Heat
Wizards
Jazz
Bucks

They should get 2 out of the next 6 and be 11-16 by my deadline.

His PER is up almost 2 points from last year which is a HUGE increase. Shot selection from deep is much better, turnovers down. Exactly the growth thst you want to see. Still just 23 years old. To put in perspective, Curry was 25 before he really started to break out. Trae still have a lot of improving he can do which is frightening!

I believe Dame shoots that deep as often along with Steph. Both do it more efficiently as well. I think he shoots that deep as often as he does for a couple. If he can hit those at a clip that isn’t abysmal then it helps spread the defense even more which makes his play making ability even harder to stop. When the ball is in his hands those deep shots are by far the cleanest looks he gets from 3.

The other reason is that he hasn’t really learned how to move off the ball very well so when the ball is not in his hands he stands pretty far away from the line and from the defense. As a result a lot of his catch and shoot 3s are pretty deep. If he can incorporate better movement without the ball then that will help a lot. He’s been a really good catch and shoot guy in the limited shots he’s taken like that during his career so far so I think that’s the area that could really open his game up an help his efficiency from 3.

That'll happen when the last 5 games they've played
-3 without 4 starters healthy
-2 without 2 starters healthy

Even in the last 2 games, it's a different team without Mobley.

Well they are 9-10. Do you mean 11-14? Otherwise I'm lost.

Yep...

My case all along was that he was new enough to the league to learn how to adjust his game. And also that the free throws would be down, which they are.

Just saw LeCheapShot booted a few fans in Indy. He had to regain his "control/dominance" and take it out on someone, after he was told to sit out a game. He's weak. Always has been.
