All these Companions are throwing off my Mode, man. Got me out here peddling presales trying to catch up with my cash flow problems, stretchin a pimp thin as hell. Companions got to go. Cant be messin with them no more. Messin with my P2020 set is like messin with my emotions.

Yep, I’m burned out on this project 2020 set now because of all these extra companion cards and artist signed cards. I was going to do an entire artist signed set of Efdot and Blake, but I think I’m going to stop where I’m at. I actually didn’t pick up any of the Efdot Ripken for the first time missing his cards from the set.

I'm on the TBP vibe. Zero companion purchases to date although I have considered quite a few thus far, and respect to those chasing companions & autos. I'll probably end up with a few after all is said and done.

It's all about the base set for me right now.

Got my Don C Ripken over the weekend. Topps really missed on these by not adding chrome/foil/some kind of texture to his cards. Ballers cards could have really benefited from foil or something on the bling. His cards just don't look all that great in hand.
