WWE missed a golden opportunity for the Wyatt Family (as it was still the whole family) going over Cena back in 2014

It didn't have to last long obviously, but the whole "era of lies", was awesome and you really did believe they were a cult and he was the leader. He should have been the top dog for at least a little while. Could have opened up all types of storylines for Cena. Instead he wasn't a "monster" he just Hulk'd up instead. It was lame

I get why they didn't... money is always the answer

But man would that have been fun to watch them win instead of Cena doing his usual

I enjoyed a lot of what he did after but they finally had the cult leader gimmick right after messing up in the 90's and early 2000's

I'm sure I'm in the minority as I was a casual fan then. Still am. Wyatt was worth watching though

Windham was probably the most creative guy WWE had in decades. Some of his ideas were hits, some misses, but you could never doubt that he had creativity and gave everything he had to his characters. We'll forever wonder what could have been and he'll be missed.

Do agree with this. Seems though his main issue was he was to protective over his character which seemed at times to cause issues with the bosses.

I felt when he returned he was interesting until they were trying to go back to his old firefly funhouse stuff.

Though his best stuff was with the Wyatt Family

Nice that they brought in Rowen and Strowman for tonight.

With most things Bray, we don’t know what the end game was and unfortunately we now never will.
You definitely needed to have patience to be a fan…

The bits and pieces that have come out, to me, would have been fun.
His brother being Uncle Howdy, Alexa Bliss getting involved (before she got pregnant), Eric Young being one of the FFFH characters and the others.

I truly think he would’ve come back and been involved with Cody somehow, that to me would’ve been awesome, promo/skit wise…

Calling that a Terry Funk Hardcore match was a insult.

I imagine most creatively eccentric people are protective of their creations. For one, I respect the fact that he'd fight hard for his characters and stories, even if it bit him in the ass. He had principles and a vision. You can't blame him for standing strong.

He knew that he was a toy in Vince's sandbox, but he fought to determine the type of toy it was.

Strange main event no JD or Miz involvement just a clean match between the two.

Missed the show guess I will have to youtube it. Did he fool the fans by coming out to his music and wearing his gear like he did when he pretended to be the rock and had fans actually thinking it was him for a bit.

Default Very intrigued by this

I'm expecting some cuts, but I could also see WWE afterwards start hiring again heavy. They'll have the pockets to really influence the market again.

Don't think they need to hire anyone. Think the roster is fine as is. Can always make NXT callups if needed. Don't want to become like AEW with a bloated roster full of guys who many are never used. Outside of maybe getting a big name guy like MJF or Will Osprey to come in don't see point in adding anyone.

That's more of what I expect, and what I meant by influencing the market.

Miz was incredible in this one! He deserves more than being jobbed out to everyone on the roster.

LOL a name you could find on Cinamax at 2am in 1997. Miz is still at top of his game on the mic.

From what I hear it's all desk jobs that will be eliminated, not talent.

I don't want to hear anybody ever talk bad about the Miz again. This is the stuff he can do at the drop of a hat. Don't tell me WWE can't pull the trigger on him at any time and it be legit.

Miz needs a run with the IC title again. Once it goes off Gunther it needs to find it's way to Miz shortly thereafter. Want to see Miz get 10 reigns with the title so he breaks Jericho's record of 9.
