In this case if I was the buyer I would go on with life because the seller did nothing wrong I would just eat it and relist. We all make mistakes this one is not on the seller. I also offer 30 day free returns so in this case I would accept the return and follow the process then let Eaby deal with the buyer once I report them.

I am looking at the listing.. That is weird the Ebay page is not showing anything close to 45.00 for the sale on the item he left a neg for but when I look at it in the feedback it is showing 45.00.

Again though there is no mention of Sapphire anywhere in the listing if it showed in your search that is an Ebay issue not the seller and if they do not offer returns they are not required to take it for the reason that you give. If he does offer returns then your reason is acceptable but he would be allowed to deduct shipping and possibly a restocking fee.

here is how much of a "headache" i am

https://www.ebay.com/itm/2019-Panini...gAAOSwHwReEjSf

i bought this for $25 when it first came out.

they now go for under $10. i took a gamble that it was going to be an sp, and lost. guess what - i still have the card / seller has positive FB, and i am ok with that since i was the one who took the gamble. could easily still return it, but i am not.

go ahead and block me, but i have not blocked you (yet).

If I were the seller I would call Ebay and have it removed and your account get a strike on it. So you are not willing to be a man and admit you made a mistake. This was not the sellers mistake.

Just like where you left a seller a neutral because you wanted item shipped to a different address. That is against Ebay rules that seller could have easily had it removed. He was in the right for canceling.

You need to be a man and own your mistakes instead of punishing others for them
please block me too. you and your buddy are what's wrong with ebay. your investigation and telling me what I read and what it didn't sell for make you look silly.

I do the same so what? I told you I don't return cards I buy. I average out what I pay cause I buy 20-100 of what I want esp autos.

Not listed as sapphire, not sublisted. Willing to say it is damaged when it is not?

What is all of this??

LOL. We can all see the listing. There is zero mention of sapphire this is an Ebay search issue not the seller.

uh ok...

you have left more neg. / neutral FB for sellers in the past 6 months than i have in the past 22 years. i believe i have left 3 neg and 2 neutral in over 5,000 purchases.

Same here. I can count on one hand the number of negs and neutrals I have left in over 15K transactions.

LOL threats now.

Did you not read where I admitted that error the Ebay listing that is showing when it comes up on Ebay does not show it as 45.00. When you click on the listing.

I was man enough to admit that mistake.

but you came at me like im guilty of something bad. so if you see it as a winning bid and it wasn't ebay, couldn't have done the same with sapphire showing subbed? or its only my mistake?

81 just shows the feedback does not indicate number if items bought. However my numbers are a bit more than that.

I don't ask or return cards at all unless theres damaged not decsribed or shown in picture(s). Card was a draft blue refractor with sapphire as a sub and was in my search tilted 2019 bowman sapphire.

We have been saying it could have been either an Ebay mistake or a buyer mistake but there is nothing showing the seller did anything wrong.

The seller does not use subs in their other listings so why would they do it on one. Subs show on completed items and there is clearly not one in this listing. Regardless you are responsible for knowing what you are purchasing. If I buy something by mistake I own it. I don't blame the seller.

You said you could have said the item was damaged to force the return that is fraud. You left a seller a neutral for cancelling an item when you asked to have it shipped to a different address. That is against Ebay rules, I would have canceled as well and called Ebay when you negged me and had it removed..

You tried to scam a member here in 2018.

you average 227 a year. look again what I buy and let me know how your feedback stacks up. if a seller backs out on a 2k Vlad and makes me wait 5 days to cancel and then doesn't refund when he canceled doesn't deserve a neg then I don't know.

Tonight's seller mentioned in the original post had no business getting a negative or neutral.

HOWEVER your negs and neutrals appear to be for your issues. Like leaving a seller a neutral for something you admit was your mistake or leaving the seller a neutral for canceling an item when you asked to have it shipped to a different address. Or leaving a neg and admitting you could have committed return fraud. Frankly if you made an offer on an item and I saw that I would not sell to you. Bad feedback left can hurt the buyer more than the seller. I look at feedback left on the buyer on any offer I get before I accept.
