The Legend of Bagger Vance is surprisingly good. I didn’t think it would be, but was pleasantly surprised by it.

I never got to have one, the school got some and the quality was great for the time, but then they stopped because of the price.

I am a huge Stephen King fan, and was scared when this got made into a movie. It was done so very well though, and yeah, it probably is a top ten movie for me.

It’s Morgan Freeman to me. He is Red.

I worked at Circuit City in high school and got my laserdisc player there with my discount and it was an open box model so already discounted. I think I owned maybe 4-5 discs (JFK being one). I had a friend that had a huge collection of discs and our local video store rented laserdiscs so I got a lot of use out of it.

Shawshank probably should be on my list too. That's another movie that I've watched many many times

Speaking of both things, I still have a copy of "The Shining" on laserdisc.

The accents of the leads are genuinely terrible, among the worst ever in a bigger budget movie, particularly Theron's, but it gets solid "what the -?" points for being a golf movie based on part of the Bhagavad Gita, a sacred Hindu text.

The movie was based on a book, so the book would get the WTF, the movie just gets credit for being Jack Lemmons last movie IIRC.

Considering his desperation to remain relevant after his infamous nervous breakdown has him rapping again, Will Smith would probably agree to star in a sequel.

I try to stay out of all the drama news, Will Smith is still one of my favorite actors. There has only been one movie that I had to question why it was made and that was After Earth.

The Pursuit of Happiness would end up on my list as well.

Acting-wise, that's probably his peak, and he was very, very good in "King Richard", his Oscar-winning role, same with "7 Pounds". Probably his best movie is "Aladdin", maybe the original "Men in Black". Most of the others aren't bad per se, but the catalog overall is generally unmemorable.

Maybe his upcoming turn in the "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles" remake will be good. He's got sequels for "I Am Legend" and "Hancock" in the pipeline, too.

I enjoyed both but always the original.

Probably why I've always been cautious around clowns LOL.
