The site says 25 business days aka 5 weeks but impacted so now at 8 to 8 1/2 weeks now.

Based on people sharing their data on here though, it does appear that value orders are experiencing more movement than say, economy orders? If that is true, then perhaps there is a separate "line" for value orders where other service level cards are not in that same line...which then means bulk/value orders are being processed in the time received perhaps...right now, they're getting July bulk/value out the door. So that maybe there's two different conversations in turnaround times...one specifically for bulk/value orders which may be closer to first in first out while a separate line for all the other service levels which is not first in first out. At some point though, I could see some of the junior graders being promoted up and moved out of this division to grade the higher dollar cards.

I wouldnt say bulk is going any faster than economy. In fact I think they stopped some of the bulk services all together. I had two quarterly jordan specials that I sent in a month apart (6/15 & 7/16 received by PSA). The first came back in Novemeber. My second is still stuck in grading almost 2 months later with still no sign of completion.

The other 2 orders from the 4 that were received 10/27 were received today. One was a value Ultra Modern and the other was an Economy I squeezed in before the price hikes. Will be interesting to see which finishes first.

The customer service team is reading scripts. If you go back just 10 pages of this thread you can determine yourself about how long different service levels have been taking. There has been a lot of discrepancy between actual data in this thread vs. copy and pasted PSA customer service replies. At the end of the day it boils down to this, they grade your cards, they send them back to you when done. It’s up to you to spend the money on how long you are willing to wait for them. Right, wrong, or indifferent, that is the truth.

The bigger issue at hand is people grading cards that have no business being graded. Look at the pop reports. More 2019-20 cards (basketball) graded to date than xyz years combined prior. That is what is creating the backlog.

The one that came back...was that the 6/15 order? Others with July orders have been seeing movement/completion of late. How many cards is your pending order?

Yeah first order 6/15 receive by psa deleivered to me Nov 22 (77 cards). Next order received by PSA 7/16 (110 cards) still stuck in grading as of today. Also have a value - modern received by PSA 7/22 (117 cards) and thats still stuck in grading as well. Just seems weird that only a month a part in ship dates but now over 2 months apart on receive end and counting. Even factoring holidays still month and 1/2 and counting.

Didn't even see that it moved to Assembly until now...wasn't checking yesterday lol. Think this small order is moving along because they're multiples of 2019 Topps base/inserts (including twelve 410s) non-chrome cards of Tatis.

I was going through my emails and posts on this thread to see what it was that happened around the time span you mentioned. I think around June 11, 2020, there was a price hike on the bulk level. Some people, hearing rumors of that about to happen through their connections, prepared and submitted a whole lot of orders to lock in the old bulk price...so by mid-June, a huge backlog started stacking up at PSA and it has been like that ever since...a backlog on top of the already existing backlog prior to mid-June 2020. So any bulk orders from mid to late June 2020 onward will behave differently than orders received by PSA prior to that. There is probably a huge amount of bulk orders sent in between 6/4 through end of June with the 30 day limit on submission forms created. Your 6/15 order was probably one of the last batch of bulk orders that got processed inside the 6 month time span (did you send that order in because you wanted to lock in the old bulk price?). Anything submitted after mid-June is probably looking at 8-10 months for bulk.

Thanks for the info and no I was just trying to space my orders out so that they all wouldnt pop at once. That didnt work out to well as now it looks like 4 of my orders will pop at same time (2 bulk and 2 economy).

1 PSA3 (nonsense, I would've been upset if they gave it an 8)
1 PSA6 (also makes no sense for a minty card)
1 PSA8 (Seems harsh but I can swallow it)
4 PSA9 (I thought for sure one of them would get a 10, might regrade or send it to Beckett for easy 9.5)
1 PSA10 (Was the last card of the submission, it literally stopped me from going insane for getting a PSA3 and 6)

I will definitely take a hard look at the PSA 3 and 6... Potentially lost a couple grand right there and will ask for compensation if they damaged the cards.

Similar to mine. Im getting the feeling that individual submitters get lower grades than the ones who submit with the well known huge group submitters.

Has anybody subbed through their ticket special recently? And do they ever prioritize specials or same lag as everything else? Had an order arrive last week, just some games from when I was a kid but thought $15 per was a solid rate to jump on.

I had a conversation with kabrune2 and explained what I was getting at. No need to bog up the thread with continual comments about this...

Is it normal for a CC voucher submission to be in research since 10/22? And it was a month before that they were received by PSA.

I currently have 5 orders in. Two months from arrival to research for Ultra-Modern seems to be the faster end of the averages. That it's been 10 days (5 business days) for the Express order isn't concerning yet. I still expect it back in my hands by the end of February.

Am resigned to waiting 12 months for my bulks/QGS, but the developments on the Economy side aren't great.

Yes, bulk is 1 year door to door. That's the mindset I use when I sub the cards...see ya in a year! lol
