This card was purchased by Gary Moser from PWCC in February of 2019
which was just three months before the PWCC trimming scandal broke.

Below is the June 02, 2019 official statement that was made by PWCC regarding Gary Moser cards and PWCC cooperating with the FBI. Brent Huigens stated very clearly that PWCC would no longer sell any Moser submitted cards. This card laid low for over a year before being auctioned by PWCC with a generic description that draws no attention.
