I don't normally mix too much Ebay in here, because I really do prefer to stay in the realm of talking on this forum just "for the love" of the cards (and comics), but I do want to point out that I have 10 of the authentic wrapper cards, so if you see some of those eventually pop up for sale on my Ebay account (jdandns, there as here), you can be sure they are real.

(And all of this, while true, is merely a setup for someone so inclined to post one of those "real and spectacular" memes or gifs).

Just looked at my Hoskins cards (I have a bunch all from Topps) and didn’t see these edges...I’d think we would need to have one in hand and place them side by side to tell. Has any grading service sent anyone’s cards back?

Yeah, the white edge is definitely big, but the text quality is what cinched it for me

Man those are some pretty darn good reproductions if they are indeed... I’ve been playing around with customs recently and you have to have a pretty nice printing machine/professional cutting to make it halfway decent...not to mention I haven’t even been able to find a cardboard style paper like that to replicate that nice cardboard feel. I hope it’s not true...

IMO I think it's just a bad choice of word for the listing. I'm sure he'll be around here soon to speak for himself.

Other than the obvious name and location, I couldn't find any concrete evidence they were the same. Actually there was some evidence that the NJGREGG account was not actually named Gregg, but you know how that goes.
