Married a woman who dad has a store that used to sell cards. He has a ton of 90’s junk wax. Going through everyone once and a while I’d find a gem.

I saw the 1995 topps and was like “wow very nice, definitely a gem”....

The Topps Chrome hiding next to it is more like the Hope Diamond compared to a gem

2020 Bowman at $325 seems like a good buy, but I just can't convince myself that I have the will power to leave it sealed

Owning / keeping wax intentionally sealed is not for everyone - it’s a Collecting Niche VS. single card collecting, which is ubiquitous. If you must open, then you must ……… don’t fight it!

But be warned ….. if the key to building wealth with Wax was to bust it, there would be instructions on the Box how to open it ……

How does this work? We name a Player in any of the 4 Major Sports, and you post one, if not many of the best Wax Boxes their RC is in….. and the Box happens to be laying around under a Sofa somewhere in your Living Room? (which is also bigger than most peoples houses?

I use collect insure for my collection. They told me I would be paid easier for any claim if I have a photo
And a spreadsheet. It took me a year of occasional photos/scans/spreadsheet but now I have it all on Dropbox.
