As for the Swagger comment, I fully understand that Reigns is better than Swagger. My point is that turning Swagger face/heel/face/heel stalled his career out. Nobody takes him seriously anymore. He's a mid-carder for life. You can't turn guys based on nothing. It has to mean something, otherwise fans lose patience.

His drug charge stalled his career out. He was ready to win the world heavyweight championship at WrestleMania vs Del Rio. After they cancelled those plans he turned into a career mid-carder.

Swagger was never a main eventer. You can't put much stock in the "big gold belt", WWE was using it as a lazy tool to try to get guys over. As evidenced by the fact that Del Rio held it multiple times. ADR wasn't getting over so WWE's answer was to give him the Smackdown belt and try to force the issue. Same thing with Swagger. Swagger wasn't over, they were using the belt to TRY to get him over.
The point being, the fans dont take these guys seriously. They flip flop heel/face so many times that fans dont bother investing their time. Cody Rhodes is also dangerously close (if not past the point of no return) to mid-card purgatory.

I don't get how people complain about RAW, If people were serious about how frustrated they are they would go to school for Creative Writing then apply at WWE they are always hiring but people rather complain on computers. Yes it gets frustrating I get that but it's a process, Let storylines play out before you go nuts. People cried so much about Bryan last year and he won the title at WM30. Let it play out.

The roster is far from thin it's just creative don't do anything with people who can actually get over or wrestle and it has absolutely nothing to do with WWE going public that's just foolish.

wwe has a poll up for which belt fans would love to see brought back as you could imagine hardcore championship is winning it with about 50% voting..its a shame we will never see it brought back :/
