Awesome card. Why in the world was that card in any sub that took longer than a couple of months (max)? PSA is slow but not that slow for the type of sub that, that card should've been in.

Very valid and I asked myself that about twice a week the last 6 months. The card wasn't nearly as valuable when I subbed and the prior sub of the same timeframe took about 2 months so I thought it was good enough. Lazy and dumb and lucky!

Man its so sad about ACUNA

hopefully he comes back soon and keeps being himself or even better.. only good for the MLB and the competition with TATIS..

But for now it looks like as long as TATIS stays healthy he should win the MVP.

Predicting Acuna prices go down a bit and Tatis go up.. or does this injury not change anything regarding Tatis?

I don’t think it changes much. Plus, deGrom is the betting favorite for MVP right now.

I think a lot of Acuna money goes to Ohtani. He's in the pants-crappin-frenzy pole position right now.

Demand for tatis stuff hasn’t changed since the beginning of the season, I don’t see why acuna guys would switch now.

I think the acuna injury was an unfortunate and sobering reminder for a lot of people that cards don’t always go up in price exponentially.

You make a good point that most people don’t have a strong position in ohtani- that’s what brings a player’s cards to a new price level.

Tatis was already expensive to begin with, I’m not convinced an mvp is going to send his card prices to the moon - it is already priced in.

I have never once rooted for tatis to fail - please read any of my old threads.

Just some pumpers feeling threatened by my criticisms, trying to make me look like a bad guy. It’s all good.

Tatis stuff still sells for half what they were before the season started. $350 for psa 10 flagship rookie in April and it’s sad less than $200 consistently now despite a monster season.
