Alright, let's see who has the biggest horizontal Tatis collection. I count 16 horizontal cards just between flagship, chrome, stadium club (not counting inserts).

Nice to see some upward movement for the 2019 Topps Complete set Gold Refractor ‘Dab’ RC parallel. Sold for $3800 through Probstein last night.

so... I finally bit the bullet and called Topps on an outstanding redemption for Tatis that has been stuck in the system since early 2020... I know folks complain about calling them, but the wait wasn't too long, and the guy seems genuinely interested in helping.
He said he has some homework to do on the card, as it was showing up weird in their database, I guess. And he promised to email back in the next 24-48 hours. Hopefully I'll soon have a positive Topps experience to communicate

I really hope I am wrong, and wish you the best, but I am betting that there is approximately 0% chance you get an email response from them. I am normally the customer service apologist, but unless you are prepared to make calling Topps your full time job, strap in and enjoy the wait.
I had three separate incidents I needed to deal with: two cases that were marked as shipped and one redemption that was the same. Over the course of six months I made about 20 calls to customer service and had about 15 email exchanges. In the end, it was only when I initiated a charge-back that they seemed to jump to life. In my case, I just wanted a tracking number... not exactly high level stuff. Unless, of course, shipments were just sitting in the warehouse, unprocessed. The redemption I have marked as shipped (and still unreceived) is a Ginter original, so not even waiting for an autograph. They will promise to email, and they will not do it. Ever. I got the same story, later on appended to "My manager has escalated this". When the two cases finally arrived, it was completely out-of-the-blue, and they never told me they had solved the problem. The email team has taken on the new tactic of responding with "we need three to five days to look into it", which allows just enough time for the ticket to time out, so you have to begin again with a new ticket. The good news is that Topps, unlike Panini, will eventually make good on it. Just don't expect a lot out of a single call. Oh, and by the way, which Tatis are you waiting on? Quote:
