Buffalo needs to spend some dough and bring him in as a #2.
Let Gabe Davis go, Shakir was a great surprise this year, but he's not a #2, he's a nice slot #3 (ie Cole Beasley type)... Bills cap is gonna get ugly now, with money wasted on Von Miller and Dawson Knox...
