That's unfortunate, I haven't received mine yet from Target and didn't have plans to buy any on the secondary market, but definitely would not with that info.

From what I have seen, no not every pack has a green velocity, it looks like its either a green velocity or a silver prizm.

they made a #@#@#@#@ ton of these. Lately on these mid level product target has dropped them, sold out, then restocked 24-48 hours later and they stay in stock awhile.

they already do. bowman megas stayed in stock 2 months.

the only products that sell out right away anymore are a handful of football and basketball products.

Had to drop off my wife at Philly airport, traffic looked brutal heading back so I headed south to 476 to hook up with the turnpike instead. On a whim I decided to stop at the Plymouth Meeting Target, and saw a fairly familiar tie dyed frumpish woman stocking the crap toy aisle. Next to her were at least 8 excel boxes on a cart. I had nothing really better to do, so I figured I'd wait her out. Went over to the BN to check, saw that they got prestige that I swore I'd steer clear of (so of course I grabbed 2). Lady said that they just came in, but the 'crew' only wanted something in red boxes. Hmmm...went back over to Target and said stocker was now in the card aisle with it roped off like a crime scene, putting up tons of Pokemon. She saw me and stopped, started checking her phone and made some calls. Started putting out more junk toy nonsense, then stopped again. Made another call. Checked watch. Went to the cart and looked in some, then proceeded to wheel it back. No sports put out, left it totally bare other then a couple rogue blasters that were collecting dust. A couple guys showed up, I told them what I witnessed, and they said 'oh yeah, she's like that'...

Most if not all Targets and Walmarts in Central/South NJ do not get sports cards stocked and haven't for years.

I'm convinced there is a sports card mafia that has under the table deals with Excel and Anderson out in this area. Wouldn't be surprised if they have the same deal going in PA as well and Frumpy is involved or at least know the deal too

All we can hope is that one day the ring leader goes down as I'm sure whoever they are they have their hands in several other shady practices
