Saw this on a Facebook group page. What are the chances of target repackaging these to sell online? That last reload lasted forever.

I don't know that specific incident but it seems each time someone reports buying repacked cards it's isolated incidents involving homemade shrinkwrap jobs. Just check the wrap before opening. Some repack jobs are really amateur and use only scotch tape. I've bought reshrinkwrapped boxes which were fraudulently sold to me online as brand new and when I received them the wrap had telltale signs. Stiff, uneven and/or broken seams are all red flags.

Thank you for the tips. Baseball retail at my targets have been quite an adventure. Past years had been easy buying complete sets, 2020 has been aggravating for all of us. Thanks again.

Found 3 more at walmart and picked them up. I want to keep them sealed, but man I want to open them. I have lots of unopened wax. These are the hardest thing to resist from opening.

My 4 sets just delivered this evening... terrible packing job. They had a wad of packing paper ON TOP of the four sets, bet not at the end of the box where the void was. They were sliding back and forth a good 6 inches the entire transit.

This normal for my Target shipments...most of my dinged corner chromes were because of their shoddy shipping job.

Had a Target purple set delivered a few days ago, and when I tilt it, it feels and sounds like all the cards are sliding about an inch. That normal?
(It’s not the chrome pack on top; it feels like the full 700 set is moving.)

I’ve passed up like 20 of these in store now, should have just bought the first week they were in store and skipped dealing with shipping. Especially given that it seems like people are pulling more colored sets from the early drop.

It's normal. The chrome is on the end of the box, not on top. Very easily dinged.

Noticed they aren’t selling as well unopened on eBay as they were. I passed up two cases at WM today.
$60 plus tax purchase and selling for about $75-$80 free shipping isn’t that much meat on the bone for me.

These have been easy to get (relative to how crazy it is to get new product anymore).

I've got 60+ I think, maybe more. Just today the sets were up for at least 20 minutes. You have to set the notification for when they come back in stock, and you have to be able to see it fast.

Initial reloads went out fast. Now bots are not able to sell with listings at $50 and $55 and can't get rid of them so perhaps resulted in the longer reloads the past couple of times. We will probably see this with TCU with initial stock going fast and later stock laster longer unless Topps loads it up which I doubt.

Thanks. I opened it because I didn’t like the idea of potentially selling it later and sticking someone with a dinged chrome. It was Lux, and luckily is in great shape.

It was posted in this thread earlier today they were in stock, and they were in stock for quite a while. Hence all the people talking about all the different $0.99-2.99 toys they added to get over $100 in order to maximize the $25 off coupon.

Direct from Target. It was an online order. Chromes were in there, just not the 5 card variation pack.
