Panini NBA Finals Promo Pack Discussion

The Panini store has the promo packs listed as "Coming Soon"

Starting this topic for discussion:

How much will you need to spend for 1 pack?
What products on the website are going to sell the fastest?
After the underwhelming promo class last year, will the rookie class carry this product?

Thoughts?

I'll buy a few if they have select but based on what's available on their website now the best bets are for gold standard, limited, luxe, hoops, court Kings, contenders college, Revolution, complete and clear vision.

Yikes.

They changed football to be pretty steep during the super bowl promo and it did not sell out as far as what I could tell. I wonder what they plan to do with basketball.

Lol, but the top rookies this year will for sure drive these sales. I could see the promo packs selling for at least $100 each on ebay.

The promo is live now. They doing bundle Boxes this time instead of individual boxes. Cheapest bundle is $139.

Terrible promo. Horrible products offered at horrible prices for ugly sticker promo cards. Looks like something that'll wind up in the Rewards store as some kind of "special" where they will sell them for 1500 points or something asinine.

I see two bundles that aren't that badly priced.

Donruss and Luxe Bundle - 2 NBA Final Packs at $272

Donruss, Revolution, and Limited Bundle - 2 NBA Final Packs $246

Each year they do this, and each year they're ugly designs with sticker autos, and each year I care less and less.

These promo cards aren't even on my radar at this point. I'd rather spend the money on a nicer auto from an actual widely released product.

Actually, the cheapest bundle is the best priced per pack now looking at it.

Comparing it to Blowout prices, the Final pack will run $21 or so. Not bad if you like Clear Vision and Revolution enough.

edit: Yikes, Tax kills this for me.

I figured Byron would pop into this promotion one of these years and this year is it. I had a hunch that it would be an "old" photo instead of a new one and was disappointed to be right about it.

the rookie patch auto design looks familiar.....hmmmmm, select?

With that being said, I like the look of the 1/1 autos a lot, but am not crazy about the bundles.
