Default My insane flip quest for an MJ Auto

Alright, so I've been thinking about trying one of these for a while now, and as my girlfriend and I are in the process of buying our first house, card money is pretty low. What I'd like to do is flip my way into a Michael Jordan auto. I'm sure there's been hundreds of these threads in the past, but no one seems to follow through on the quest completely. My goal is to do so, regardless of how many months/years it takes to happen.

With that being said, no cash/paypal will be involved in this, I'm simply trying to trade my way all the way up to a Jordan.

Is it impossible? Probably. But it's worth a shot. And hell, if a team from my beloved Cleveland Ohio can win a championship, anything is possible!

The card I'm starting with is a Larry Nance National Treasures Auto/Jersey.

Wish me luck! Or don't...live your life, man.

Cash/PP will be involved in shipping your card, no? I'd be interested to see how much you spend on shipping through the process if you're willing to document it.

Yeah, of course. I just meant no cash added to cards in the trading of them. I'll document shipping with each trade and keep a running tally.

Haha I know. I'm definitely interested to see how much you put into shipping.

Not sure you understand the concept, based off of the LOLOLOL, but if you have a Nance Jr that you wanna move for the Nance Sr, PM me. Jr. has better hobby value than his dad right now, and that's the entire point of this.

Couldn't really tell you. I looked on eBay for comparison ones, but none are on there. It's one of those cards I haven't paid any attention to because I was irritated I got it in the first place. I'd guess it's probably not more than a $10 SV card at it's max. That might even be high for it.

Good luck man. It took me about a month to flip nothing into a ticket to Game 7 thanks in part to a LCS that wasn't quite as up on it as they thought. It can be done.

Awesome - please keep us up to date on your quest. There's also a chance that keeping public might allow for someone to do you a favor and knowingly trade in your favor at some point.

I'm trying something along the same lines this summer but not entirely the same. I'm trying to save for my very first real large card purchase. In the process, I only want to sell what I already have or flip something I purchase in the process. I'm keeping a spreadsheet that logs/adjusts based on how much I spend on postage/supplies/etc.
