Was told today that it will not be filled and should get an email telling me what card they have that has equal value to send me. Thing is there are a lot of 1/1 Beckhams but the Superfractor (In my opinion) are the top dogs. Anyway anyone want to take a guess how much they say it is worth? Thanks......Dan

This sucks, but it's going to happen to a lot of people, I'd think. Topps doesn't give a crap about NFL redemptions without the license.

I noticed in the last two weeks of redemption updates, Topps did not have a single football card. It looks like 90% of the redemptions still out there are going to get screwed.

When was it announced that Topps would be losing their license to Panini? I wonder if they made product with expirations dates after the license ends knowing they lost their license and wouldn't be able to produce them. This redemption still has 13 months left before it expires.

This was a given. It's why I wasn't so high on Definitive with all its redemptions. A lot of those got filled, but also a ton arent. A ton of people are going to get screwed over.

Shouldn't the expiration date have been the day they could no longer produce football cards then?

Someone said the talked a guy at Topps the other day and said if redemptions weren't replaced by 9/12/16 you are basically screwed. I put in for my replacements last week. I guess getting something is better than nothing. Had 9 Denard Robinson Strata Autos

Yeah I see the cost of definitive and diamond taking a HUGE plummet. There's almost a guaranteed redemption in every box.

Ok gotcha, that was my big question. But I guess if Definitive has redemptions past their time they are allowed to produce could be a big issue, right? They knowingly printed an expiration date that they could not adhere to.

My guess,

1. The replacement will have smudged Auto.
2. White patches.
3. They will throw in a cheap worthless card

There was a similar thread a while back, regarding NFL redemptions. Basically, at this point, you are probably lucky to get an NFL replacement. I figured this is the point Topps would arrive at and got a decent replacement at the time. As they run out of NFL cards, they're more likely to just send out whatever is laying around from other sports.

What does that mean??? I just checked my Topps redemptions and it still says pending substitute.

I though it meant they were done and prepping for shipment. I think someone at Topp's owes you an explanation. That pdf came out at noon-1pm today.
