Is there any way the autographed cards of Mike Trout this guy is selling on ebay are real?

These look so off to me...thoughts?

He has a few different ones, but here is an example:

Yeah, fake as all get up. I love the that he makes his own coa. The best part is how you can get a custom auto from various celebrities. I wonder how they can make that happen? He must be super well connected and just sells janky autos on eBay for fun.

Don't seller on eBay knowingly create fake COA get reported & eventually police report is file leading to arrest or suspension of account?
