I don't know the guy but I doubt there would be any kind of prison time for what he had. Although I know many other states like Oklahoma are far harsher with punishment for weed than others

Georgia is very strict on drugs. Him having 3 pounds and getting intent to distribute will probably get him some prison time

To add to this, states that are harsh definitely don't like the candies/edibles nature of the drugs- to easy for the kiddies to get stoned unintentionally which can be a huge problem.

I left the group yesterday after finding this out. Partly because I no longer want to be in a group run by someone doing that sort or thing but also partly because of all the support he was getting from other members in the group. It was really creepy.

I just posted in his baseball card facebook page yesterday about how the cubs were going to have a dynasty going like the Yankees and he went off on me. He started sending me messages through my facebook page name calling and using vulgarities. I asked him why he was using insults when he just gave a huge heartfelt apology to the entire board. The guy is insane. I had to block him.

I've been in the workforce for 10 years and even my most douchebag of bosses weren't as bad as this clown. My brother used to live in Georgia. Even if he doesn't do time, he's getting a nice amount of probation, fine, and community service. He's a convicted felon regardless of the outcome.

According to this, a conviction is minimum one year in prison. Not sure if he'd be able to plea guilty to something less.
