Just saw this on the nfl.com ticker.. what was he doing, smoking bowls with Martavis Bryant?

An even better question, does this suspension hurt his cards values, as hes one of the more popular players in the league.

Better news than one game:
As part of the settlement that reduced his four-game suspension to three games, Le'Veon Bell was kept in Stage 2 of the NFL's substance abuse program.

Missing a test is viewed the same as failing a test by the league. Glad its suspended to only 3, love watching him play. The league substance abuse policy is ridiculous.

He was already suspended... this is nothing new.
