Big Ben SPA- any chance this patch is real?

I am curious for any people who collected these back in the day believe this patch could be legit or not:

2004 SP Authentic Ben Roethlisberger Patch Auto 292 299 RC BGS 9 5 Gem Mint | eBay

I've never seen Big Ben SPA's even close to these logos but there are some red and blue patches that I think are from the anniversary jerseys? I know Fitz SPA's used his Pro Bowl jerseys so he has had some crazy patches, but I am unsure on Big Ben.
