COMC Black Friday Shipping

At what point do even those of us who are patient and understanding just start to laugh at how pathetic they are

I requested my shipment November 23rd



I officially move out of that address 12/10/16 and thought for sure I would be good with a 17 day shipping window

Oh well, I hope the new tenants like rare George Brett cards

I requested mine on the 26th and got an estimated ship date of 12/16, so..... idk

Wow. I'm not the only one then. I requested one shipment the 23rd as well which I thought for sure would be here and then on the 28th I requested the free shipment with all my Black Friday PC Cards. Crazy. I'm also ready to try my luck this year with the scratch off cards. Never have gotten anything.

Requested my cards the 27th and paid the $3.99 for shipping. They got em out in 5 days and got here Dec 5th... scratch off card gave me free shipping

When I checkedout on BF, I had several options. I chose the free shipping that stated it would probably be shipped in mid December.

Not trying to start an argument but you should have paid for expedited shipping.

I agree.

It gave your several shipping options with estimated dates. When I chose the free shipping option I knew it would be mid-December before I would be receiving my cards.

You guys are all lucky, I paid for expedited shipping, Said Est Arrival Date, 12-9-16

Shows they Shipped it 12-10-16.... Well I guess it was only $3.99 for shipping, but still pretty bs that they shipped AFTER the expected date I was to receive.

Hopefully it shows up today, or at least before xmas...

I asked for free shipping on 11/23 and they were upfront that I'd be receiving on 12/19. I'm not complaining as I signed off on it but does anyone really think those are acceptable time frames in today's day and age?

But its an estimated date. I paid for quick ship to be RECIEVED by 12-9-16 and it wasn't even shipped by that date.

I hope you get yours on time, but don't be surprised if its late.

Don't know what day you requested shipping but I did mine Sunday morning bcuz the last time, I requested Mon morning, and it took as long as it's taking everyone else, even though I paid

I understand this and want to be clear, I'm far from happy with how long COMC takes to ship. It is flat unacceptable in today's online shopping world where most companies offer free shipping and send the orders out the door in 48 hours or less.

By no means will I ever make excuses for their poor service and frankly, I'm pretty fed up with it. As I've said before, I want to sell through my port and put COMC in my rear view, at least as far as being a seller.

I had 3 orders for that weekend. One shipped fast. One just came today. And the other one has not been filled yet. Guess they are trying to mix it up to keep me guessing. I am still enjoying selling on the site but I keep adapting. I have been pulling all of my higher end cards and some strategic others to sell on my own. My biggest gripe is that it ties up my funds longer having to wait this long. I buy and sell thousands of dollars and my return is usually really good every month. So if it takes a month to ship my cards, that is a month where my money is not earning me anything. No bueno.

Mine shipped to the UK 4 days ahead of the estimate. It did include one card which was in Canada so subject to a delay.

I bought 188 cards on Black Friday weekend and got them shipped to me today in Canada.. so about 2.5 weeks. Free shipping with tracking included so not bad and got a $3.99 credit on one of their scratch tickets. Overall happy with them I get more ticked when I've paid for rush and it still takes two weeks. I also learned not to get everything put into toploaders, that seems to slow things down as well.

I got my notice that my last four BF shipments were shipped today. I'm probably a little too excited to sort through the 400+ cards I added to my Yankees team set PC. With the super cold weather, I know what I am doing this weekend.

I'm still waiting on my last one. Hopefully it will ship before the spring cleaning sales. I will not stand for it getting delayed a day longer than that.
