Default The Flash 3 Box Christmas Break

Just getting back home from visiting family for the holidays and finally have time to get around to posting my Christmas breaks. I had a pretty rough go at a 5 box break of Flash when it released and as I've lived and breathed anything Flash since I could walk I of course had to go in for a few more. My wife hates buying me sealed boxes for major holidays as she's always afraid of me pulling really badly then she feels she got me a bad gift. Fortunately I was able to convince her that since it was Flash and I had a lot of holes to fill for my PC with such as wide auto set, I'd be happy with anything. Glad I did as I faired SIGNIFICANTLY better than my original 5 boxes.

Box 1:

KF1 Kelly Frye as Bette Sans Souci
M26 Fire and Ice Painting

The Frye was the last pack I opened so upon realizing it was a 1 hit box in terms of wardrobe I got excited I had a SP auto and while it could have been better, it could have been worse too. It seems her Bette Souci variant is a bit more scares than the Plastique one so I was happy to pull it.

Box 2:

JLM Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West
M01 Grant Gustin as Barry Allen

Doesn't get much better than a Joe and a Barry Wardrobe. I thought this would be the best box of Christmas and I was happy with that, but fortunately I was wrong.

Box 3:

WM1 Wentworth Miller as Leonard Snart
M18 Grant Gustin as Barry Allen

My number one want for the set! I had all but given up hope on pulling a Wentworth Miller at this point and about lost it when I saw the picture of the blue jacket as I was looking through the pack. Easily the happiest I've ever been with a pack pull on a personal level since I started collecting about 2 years ago. Think I may be done with single boxes of this for now with having to gear up for Arrow Season 3 but this was definitely a high note to go out on.

Awesome! I still think it's weird the Smart siblings are the most valuable in the set! Maybe not coldy. Everyone loves him. His sister still dumbfoundsee me tho. Kinda surprised caitlyn doesn't go for more than she does. Excited for the season 2 set!

It's funny to me as well. I remember historically how cheap her Smallville auto was until I looked on eBay just now and I'm like "Whaaaat??" lol. When I was building my autograph set I picked it up for next to nothing. Not sure how popular her current show Frequency is but she seems to have a following.

Oh I love her too. Have watched the Tomorrow People and Frequency, and of course Smallville and the Flash. I picked up her smallville auto a long time ago. For pretty cheap. But I don't think Frequency is doing great sadly. It didn't get anew order for the back 9. So it might be cancelled unless the CW plans to do more half season shows. Or summer shows. I didn't know her smallville auto went up! I'll have to look into that. Maybe frequency did do it. Made just enough people love her that her auto is $200 now lol.
