As a die hard Reds fan and a member of probably every Reds collecting group on Facebook these have become a huge let down on numerous occasions. A lot of people are getting balls where the logo on the ball is off center and even worse people are getting balls where Pete has signed off center on the sweet spot. For $170 I would expect much better quality control. With all that being said some people have been able to contact the Reds Hall of Fame and have been "taken care of", what that means exactly I don't know for sure.
