1st Time BGS Submission Question

Have a quick newbie grading question, I sent in my first ever order and it was delivered yesterday morning. They still haven't processed the order, should I be concerned, or is this normal?

It's normal.

For instance, PSA has had one of my orders since last Thursday and it hasn't shown up yet. Give it time, they'll show up.

100% the normal.

How many days is it? I found that Depending on how many days you sent it in for. So if you sent it for 20 day service it will show up at 13 days or so.

10 day, so I shouldn't expect it until next week it sounds like.

I live in Dallas and drop my cards off at the LCS... its normally a 10 day submission so when it gets to 9 days I will look and see if it shows up on the POP report. I have noticed it does the day before I can pickup.. Also don't expect exactly 10 days they have been getting worse and worse with timeframe.
