Do they no longer accept PayPal Credit?

Seems to no longer be an option for me when I go to checkout.

I think it's more paypal credit than UD. It used to happen to me at CI, it would work 3 or 4 times then the option would disappear, x amount of time (don't remember exactly) it would come back, work a time or 2 then disappear.
