Flaky situation

I am currently going through an extremely sketchy/flaky/strange situation trying to get a deal done with someone on fleebay. It is not as bad as a Craigslist situation, but it is heading in that direction.


Question: What is the sketchiest/shadiest situation you were ever in and it, either, turned out well for you, OR, turned out poorly for you???

Had sent payment out a while back on a football card and the tracking showed that it was delivered. The seller told me that even though the tracking showed delivered, it was in fact, NOT delivered. Anyway, the payment showed up the next day and everything was resolved, that was a relief for me. Never had an issue outside of that close call incident.
