BGS Crack and Resub Question

Anyone know if Beckett keeps a database for serial numbered cards they've graded? Have a card that I do not agree with grade and was going to crack and resub, but it's serial numbered and wondering if Beckett keeps a database for these easily identifiable cards and will simply look up before grading and give the same grades again? Thanks

No they don't have a database to see if cards were already graded.

I owned this card raw for awhile then sent this card in an was really happy it got a 9. It had a tiny dinged corner and the right edge was mangled... it had multiple chips on the back left edge.

I sold it as a 9 well looked like it made it back to BGS and had to be trimmed to get a 9.5 corner and 9 edges.. I was shocked.

PSA, however, will not grade a 1/1 more than once. I subbed a raw Super a few years ago that they claimed was previously submitted. They were incorrect in my instance (it was never cracked out), but they did tell me their standing policy is that if a 1/1 has been removed from their slab, it will not be regraded.

Read: we don't want it to be too obvious that grading is #@#@#@#@#@#@#@#@.
