Default 2012-13 Panini HRX electronic cards?

Never seen these before, but they seem really cool. According to the descriptions, they don't work, but still interesting.

Yeah. They were a bust of a redemption. If I remember correctly Panini finally gave up on making them and released a few without the video footage.

Reminds me a bit of the promotion for one of those late Skybox sets (Dominion?) where they had a promotion called "You make the call" where if you pull the redemption you get to have a phone call with Ray Allen. Never heard much about this and not sure if this existed or not but it was on the promotional material.

This. Apparently Panini was a little too over zealous. So now they're just ugly #@#@#@ cards with a small screen and speaker that don't do anything.
