Default What cards, that you sold off/traded, do you miss the most?

Let's reminisce about the bad times!

Everyone here has certain regrets when it comes to the hobby. Sometimes we trade off or sell cards, and then once the deal is done, we miss those cards terribly... and then proceed to kick ourselves in the nuts many times about it. Or maybe, certain cards were stolen from you or someone got the better of you in a trade. Or maybe you lost a bunch of cards in a natural disaster (yes I'm referring to the now-deleted 03-04 Exquisite thread).

I know I've had my fair share of these and I'm sure some of y'all have as well.

So what card(s) do YOU miss the most that are no longer part of your collection? In this case, pics would be awesome.

So let's all get into our safe spaces and reminisce about the cards we miss.... and GO!

I don't have a pic, but, I do miss my 03-04 Exquisite Lebron RPA /99. Bought for $4900.00 and sold for $6500.00 in 1 week. Welp, at least I owned it for a week..........

Keep in mind, I don't regret it. I just miss it........

I traded an Ed Davis 2011-12 hoops IP auto because I had a certified card of his. He always signs for me so I thought no problem I'll get another and get him to sign the card again. Unfortunately due to my schedule and him getting traded I haven't seen him to sign the card since.

This is isn't very high-end but I really miss this one. I got it in a lot for $15 a couple years ago. Sold it about a year later for around $45. They're impossible to find.

I sold a 2010-11 Contenders Rookie Ticket Auto of Paul George for $30 because it had some small damage on it. Even with the nick, I'd like that one back.

Here's another that I sold that I wish I had back. Think I got around $100 for it like 2 years ago, which is a solid price and what they're currently going for, but I'd rather have the card right now.

^^
I bought my well centered Webber Finest rc refractor at a show years ago, paid $50 cash for it. Wondered if I overpaid......almost sold it on here a couple years ago, glad I didn't.

I'm appreciating all my Chrome and Finest rc refractors of yesteryear more and more. Of course it doesn't hurt to see their values really climbing....

Mine would be this above. I picked it up before the chrome explosion in June 2016 from Probstein. Won it for $350. I remember that week I picked up the Westbrook, Kyrie Silver, Porzingis Silver, and Lillard Silver all BGS 9.5.

I only bid on the Westbrook because it was a POP 2 at the time (currently a POP 3), but still the only copy to receive a a 9.5 centering grade. I would bet that there isn't a better centered copy out there. It's crazy because it appears Beckett has gotten a little more relaxed on grading this card but still none have hit a 9.5 centering.

When I purchased there were 19 copies graded, now there are 62. I should have held it as I didn't need the money, but I feared that a better copy would eventually get brought to light with the explosion Westbrook was having. It hasn't happened yet.

Default What cards, that you sold off/traded, do you miss the most?

Don't have pics on my phone, but Jokic Prizm Black RC and Immaculate Logoman RC. Also, Porzingis Gala RC 6/8. Oh, and Kobe Logoman I got a great deal on but sold before stuff really blew up.

Sold my 07-08 Exquisite Number Pieces set last summer. Really wish I would've kept the Durant RC /35, Jordan /23, Kobe /24, and LeBron /23.

Links.. Since photobucket has turned to crud of late.

Damn those Cmags are cool. I had a few of his 1/1's including the 05-06 Finest Superfractor which I regret moving for sure.

Mine would have to be this.....for obvious reasons. Hit him in a group break and is by far the best card i have held in my hands. I was more in love with Kyrie's auto then the logoman to be honest haha. Very hard to find a decent auto of his lately.....Sold though and is happily in another collectors PC

Two cards: The first is a 02-03 Fleer Showcase Masterpiece Manu Ginobili. I had purchased it on eBay and sold it at a decent profit during his 2nd year. Had I known he would be a HOF caliber player, I would have surely kept it.

The second card, my brother pulled out of 07-08 Fleer Hot Prospects - a Kevin Durant Red Postmarks of 10. We did get a decent price for it, but I don't know why I was so eager to sell a rookie year on card auto of a star. Maybe because he was in college uni.
