Spent My Weekend Tracking Down and Breaking 52 Mega Boxes

The lowlight was while my girlfriend was opening a pack I see color. So I go to grab it to put it in the pile. I notice that behind the color is a Maitan /99, which behind the color would mean it's an autograph. I flip it over, no auto. Turns out the card I thought was color was not. Oh well, to the rest. All available except the Otani's, Acuna's and Maitan colors.

Auto's: Justus Sheffield /99, Justus Sheffield, Thomas Szapucki, Jahmai Jones, Roniel Raudes, Dylan Cozens

Orange /25: Braves Talent Pipeline, Red Sox Talent Pipeline

Green /99: Maitan, Funkhouser, Chance Sisco, Justus Sheffield, Alex Speas, Jarlin Garcia, 2 Oscar De La Cruz, Nolan Jones

Purple /250: Acuna, Maitan, Hoskins, 2 Luis Garcia, Juan Hillman, Francisco Rios, 2 Josh Hader, 2 Daz Cameron, Matt Chapman, Nolan Jones, Kolby Allard, Nick Solak, Ariel Jurado, Thomas Szapucki, Kyle Tucker.

Purple Talent Pipeline /250: 4 Red Sox ( I had an orange Red Sox and the 4 purple before I hit a base) Braves, Padres, Jays, Orioles, Tigers, Reds

Purple ROTY Favorites /250: Judge, Moncada, Healy, Alfaro

Talent Pipeline - Just about all of them

ROTY Favorites - Judge, Swanson, 2 Bregman, 3 Glasnow, 2 Fullmer, 4 Austin, 3 Margot, Cotton, 2 De Leon, Reyes, Dahl, Gurriel, Alfaro, 3 Healy, 2 Lopez

Noteable Base: 2 Otani (First box and then another 40 before I hit the second. God forbid I get 4 purple Otani instead of 4 purple Red Sox Pipeline) 6 Acuna, 5 Maitan, 6 Eloy Jimenez, 7 Devers, 6 Bichette, 2 Vlad Guerrero Jr, 5 Mejia, 4 Frazier, 3 Gleyber, 4 Hoskins, 4 Bellinger

Should have multiples of every card in the set if there are any that you need.

Those are brutal results. I opened 14 and have 4 Otanis, 3 autos and 1 orange.

I can't be held to those standards!

I actually felt pretty good about it, other than the damn lack of Otani's. I was right on the odds for all the color and autos.

Man, been going to different Targets for weeks... never found a single one of these. No clue how you got 52... impressive though.

I'm probably just going to throw them on eBay, or I may donate them. There's not even any color, right?

I've found no rhyme or reason why some stores have them and some don't. One store will get them and days later the next closest store will. I would say if you haven't seen any yet there's still a chance they're coming.

but i opened 20 and got 11 autos big ones Castillo Green, Keller, Mejia Green, Lourdes Green and the BIG 2 Senzel Orange , Maitian

plus Judge Purpule, Cody Orangre and Acuna Green plus 1 Otani.

I spent a couple hours driving around So Cal last Friday and found 21 boxes in 3 out of the 9 Targets I checked. Busted 5 boxes and then sold the others on eBay for $140 per 4 box lot.

How do you just find more!? Be glad you didn't through those in the "I don't give a damn" pile.

They were at the closest store to me, where I had been already and picked up 2. I don't know if it's more likely I somehow missed 4, or that they were restocked.
