Was a pretty good movie. It seemed like it was a power up movie for Thor, so that he is ready to battle Thanos. I hope we get to see more of Hela and Valkyrie.

Depends on the age . A lot of over the top violence and enough heavy things happen hidden in the comedy that you might have to explain as well as naked Hulk butt

As a father of young children, I don't like how the Thor movie makes a reference to orgies. It is a movie that will be watched by millions of kids, and to add a scene in which it references Grandmaster's spaceship as "where he has his orgies" is irresponsible by Disney/Marvel. They did the same thing in Spiderman Home Coming where it referenced porn. There's just no need for overt sexual humor in a movie which will be watched by millions of kids. "What's orgies, dad?" "What's porn, dad?"

It is PG-13. If your kids don't know what those things are by 13 I would be very surprised. Its not meant for anyone younger. Rating is that way for a reason

My eldest, wife and I watched it on Saturday. Love the action and comedy. Breath of fresh air from previous Thor films.

Apart from the PG-13 rating my wife is an ECE and one thing I picked up after sitting at many events with her and all of her co-workers. Children are very innocent and they don't see the things that our adult minds read into situations. Just because a child asks doesn't mean it must be explained but it is a teaching moment. You can simply explain that it is a an adult word so when you are old enough I will explain it to you. It's the same thing as when kids repeat swear words. They have no idea of the cannotation behind it but it's our reaction that makes them repeat it over and over. We are shocked and yell at them instead of just explaining calmly that it's not a nice word and we don't repeat it. If there was sexual images that is a different thing and I've seen parents watching UFC with their 2-5 year old and that is what I consider a problem.

Just saw it and it was easily the best of the 3 Thor movies, but nevertheless would have a hard time cracking my Top 10 Marvel movie list (maybe it's in the lower reaches, say #9 or #10)
Also saw Justice League right after (well, with "Bad Moms Christmas" in between the two, a rare triple feature for us!), and while JLA was a huge step-up over the Batman V. Superman mess, Thor 3 was still the better of the two.

Wow must of been a very fun day for you my friend and thanks for the idea because I'm going venture into such a task in the near future lol.
