How many of won the topps homerun card ,am i the earliest. That would be cool it was bday yesterday so i picked it rite when i opened Matt Davidson card hes a BOSS w power ..I checked staus it stills says processing but shows 2-25-2018 ..so cool i hope i get a rare parrallel ..

A)  Overview: The HRIC will identify a specific, current Major League Baseball position player (i.e., not a pitcher). If that player hits an official homerun in a Major League Baseball game on the date of the 2018 Major League Baseball regular season that you have selected at the Topps website, you will win a parallel card of that Major League Baseball player.

Also:

Then, pick the one (1) date during the 2018 Major League Baseball regular season (i.e., between March 29, 2018 and September 30, 2018) on which you believe the Major League Baseball player identified on the HRIC will hit a homerun (either a “regular” homerun that clears the outfield wall or an “inside the park” homerun).


So no, it doesn't look like you will get a prize. And you managed to forfeit a potential one by entering an invalid date.

I reviewed the Topps Card with my cousin who is a corporate lawyer . I updated him on my situation after sending him copies of my card and screenshots of my entry , he called me 5 min later and said w/o a doubt based on numerous federal laws that they indeed would be in violation of
1. Unfair Trading
2. Complex Lottery Violation
3. Deceptive and False advertising promotions that require purchase to participate via chance then based on skill.
Theres literally a list i dont want to type but he told me
" They will honor their promotion ,im 99% positive , they have no other legal alleys to dodge the way they advertised and sold their competition."

Even the card itself leaves them nothing in small lettering terms and if their was small writing that itself would be violation.

So i guess will see but im certain after hearing numerous other conditions i didnt comprehend by the tone of his voice. IM THE EARLIEST CONTEST WINNER . ILL POST THE VARIATION WHEN I GET IT
