2 for $99

Not my cup of tea and odds to hit a gold are 1:66
But figured some of you may be interested.
Even at 50.00 a piece instead of 99 I dont know if the value is there. Could be wrong though

Unless you hit a frosted or Gold, you're taking a loss...but a much smaller loss than any other product "misses."

I was a sucker last year and tried it out. Nothing major. And I think it's a bit pricey to actually have the coin shipped to your house? No more for me....

They must have made a ton of these.

I bought 8 packs and got one Frosted /500 Byfuglien. Others were Eichel, Lundqvist, Ovechkin (2), Price, McDavid, and Tavares.

Sent four home a couple of days ago. Doesn't look like they can be transferred directly to COMC. Is that correct? When I had them shipped, they were still mailed from COMC directly off ePack. So why can't I transfer them to COMC port instead?

I just can't get on board with paying a 6x multiple on these coins when the chances for a gold are so low. RCM leafs are available for about a 1.2-1.3 premium. Those premiums will always be there. Is it expected to always be there for the grandeur coins?

Sent COMC the question and got the answer. Since they're legal tender, they aren't allowed to transfer or sell on COMC directly. Listed four on eBay last week and already sold 2. One to a buyer in Canada on GSP.

Not too bad, it's like buying a $99 box and getting two cards instantly worth $33 total at worst. Unlike most $100 boxes where you get a $4 auto and a $2 jersey.

From what I gather you can only have them shipped. They are not available to use a trade fodder on the site

I just realized that the gold coins are .25 oz. I thought they were an ounce.

You can most certainly trade these coins on ePack. The only thing you cannot do with them is send them to COMC.

I've been wanting to get my single silver coin sent to me but hate the service level/price options. Cheapest is Priority for $26.99 (zero add ons)

Users are limited to transferring only physical items marked as 'at COMC' to a linked COMC account. Look for the red COMC logo beneath the item to identify items that are fulfilled by COMC.

The coins are marked as physical items and "at COMC" on ePack...
